This is an amazing infographic, but I have one concern: the use of two y-axes. Since the scale and spacing of each y-axis can be manipulated independently, that is a potentially big source of bias in the design of the graphic. Still, any way you cut it, the U.S. has the highest costs and is among the lower middle of the pack in terms of outcomes. JA
